PROJECTS THATTRANSCEND

Your PROJECTS will become ours,
that's how committed we are to you

We are leaders in the manufacture of plastic parts that employ a variety of advanced techniques to offer high-precision and quality products. Microinjection is one of these techniques, ideal for the production of tiny components with exact tolerances, used in sectors that require maximum precision, such as the medical and electronic sectors. Retroinjection, on the other hand, allows the combination of different materials in a single piece, achieving superior finishes and functionality.

We have extensive experience in the followingTECHNIQUES

Microinjection
It is a process that involves micro-perforating the substrate, whether leather, synthetic material, or even fabric, and injecting TPU from the backside. This allows the visible part to remain permanently, providing a clean and durable appearance.
Retroinjection
It is an innovative process that allows injecting various materials such as gel, TPU, etc., from the backside. By pushing the substrate, it creates a 3D effect, which remains permanently without suffering deformations during production or use.
Injection Onto
The process, as the name suggests, allows for direct injection onto the substrate on the visible side, providing a permanent and high-quality anchorage.
Injection of Plastic Parts
Thanks to our technology and continuous development of techniques, we can produce various parts and components for any industry. Our injection specialties include TPU, NYLON 6, PC, PP, HDPE, ABS, POM, as well as engineering materials.

Another prominent technique is super injection, which allows the fusion of different types of plastics or the combination of plastics with other materials, such as metal, to create complex and resistant parts. Finally, the injection of plastic parts is a versatile technique that offers the possibility of mass producing uniform and high-quality components, optimizing processes in sectors such as the automotive, industrial and mass consumption sectors.
